2 - Acceptation

You receive your personal and secure access. In a few clicks, you can create your account to access information shared by your care team.

3 - Download

Once your account is created, download the mobile application: you will be notified when you receive messages, documents, or forms to fill out. Your professionals, your family, and your caregivers can collaborate alongside you, in a unique, intuitive, and secure discussion thread.
